I only had a morsel of this Victorian styled floral - so i had to use it very effectively!!! And the rest of the colours ...vintage mustard + teal...just seemed to want to be part of this hat too!!!
A classy number for any broad that is a love-r of the vintage look ::: just like MOI (don't ya just love pearls for that fact)
